Ocean Hues – An Art & Snorkeling Retreat in the Maldives
Imagine waking up surrounded by endless turquoise waters, exploring vibrant coral reefs, and capturing the beauty of the ocean through watercolor. Ocean Hues is more than an art retreat – it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience one of the world’s most spectacular marine environments.
Hosted aboard a gorgeous liveaboard in the Maldives, this unique retreat combines unforgettable snorkeling adventures with inspiring watercolor workshops. Together we’ll encounter colourful reef fish, graceful sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, and the extraordinary diversity of life that makes the Maldives a dream destination for ocean lovers. Every day brings new wildlife encounters and fresh inspiration for your artwork.
Our painting sessions are designed for everyone, whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before or already have artistic experience. Using watercolor, you’ll learn how to create beautiful ocean-inspired textures and paint some of the incredible animals we encounter throughout the trip. Every workshop is taught step by step in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere, with plenty of individual guidance along the way.
Whether you’re travelling solo, with a partner, or with friends, Ocean Hues offers a welcoming community of like-minded people brought together by a shared love for the ocean, creativity, and adventure. You’ll leave with unforgettable memories, new artistic skills, beautiful artwork, and, perhaps most importantly, a deeper appreciation for the underwater world and a renewed desire to help protect it.
If you’ve ever dreamed of combining your love of the ocean with a creative escape in paradise, this retreat is for you.
